Our Faculty’s Contribution to the International Literature Continues in Combating Covid-19

The studies that AFSU academics have contributed to the literature on the Covid-19 outbreak, which are still experiencing difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment, continue with diversity. One of these studies was published in the magazine “Renal Failure”, which is one of the top-level publications.

The study of Prof. Dr. Sena Ulu AFSU Faculty of Medicine, Head of the Department of Internal Diseases, which gives information about the level reached in the treatment of nephrological (kidney failure, etc.) and internal diseases that occur due to Covid-19, and what should be applied in the treatment of these diseases, was published in the Renal Failure Journal.

In the current study, whose original title “COVID-19: A novel menace for the practice of nephrology and how to manage it with minor devastation?” The recently published literature is reviewed for general practitioners, internal medicine specialists and nephrologists who frequently encounter cases related to Covid-19 and kidneys during the epidemic process.
