Afyon Pediatrics Symposium, which was chaired by Our Rector Prof. Dr. Nurullah Okumuş, was successfully completed. AFSU faculty members Prof. Dr. Ahmet Afşin Kundak, Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Bükülmez, Assoc. Dr. Nilgün Eroğlu, Assoc. Dr. Ayhan Pektaş, Assoc. Dr. Yeter Düzenli Kar, Assoc. Dr. Ferit Kulalı and Assoc. Dr. Dilek Çavuşoğlu participated as a panelist.
Prof. Dr. Okumuş spoke at the opening of the symposium and said, “Health is a field which continuously renews and updates itself. We have seen this closely during the pandemic process. I think such programs are necessary and should continue.”
PUADER President Prof. Dr. Bumin Nuri Dündar presented a plaque to Prof. Dr. Okumuş in the event which five sessions were held in which twenty-five pediatricians shared their knowledge and experience.
